1. Presentation of the holidayhome on the page of e-holidayhome
You receive your own page within the appearance of e-holidayhome. On this page we describe your holiday home in detail and show pictures. On the same page the weekly prices and the availability (as long as contract duration) will be shown.

2. Online booking of the reservations into the occupancy list
e-holidayhome makes sure that your holiday home shown on the website is available and can be booked online.

3. Daily updates of the occupancy list
e-holidayhome will send the home owner/key holder a weekly reservation list (only when there are any reservations) about the actual booking situation via email, fax or mail. In case of short notice bookings (less than a week before the customer arrives) the key holder will be notified with a phone call.

4. Collection of the rental income
The obligation to collect all rental income is solely with e-holidayhome. We make sure that you the home owner receive its credits.

5. Travel documents to the customer
Each customer receives travel documents from e-holidayhome including a voucher, all vital information like directions to the holiday home, address of the keyholder, important telephone numbers, etc.

6. On time payment of the rental income
According to our contract the rental income will be transferred to you the home owner monthly, quarterly or annually. Payment will be released after the guests have left. Administrative cost is deducted directly from your rental credit.

7. After sales customer care (complaints)
e-holidayhome takes care of any customer complaints. The customer care service includes correspondence, clarifications and legal advice. Is the complaint justified a compensation will be made to the customer by e-holidayhome.

8. Cancellation compensation
If a confirmed booking is cancelled at short notice, that is, 28 days or less before the intended arrival date, you will receive a compensation of the rental unless of course either we, or you, are able to relet this period. Details of compensation see conditions.
