the user voices his consent to the General Terms and Conditions without
declaring any limitations or amendments. Otherwise the user is not allowed

Services of holidayhome.com
e-holidayhome offers a platform providing holiday homes and holiday flats
worldwide and affined touristic offers. e-holidayhome acts exclusively
as an agent between the customer and the service provider (like tour operators,
private renters, airlines, car hire agencies, etc. called service provider
hereunder). The booking will be forwarded directly to the service provider
and processed by them except for bookings with private renters, where
your service provider will be e-holidayhome. The invoices and the travel
documents are issued and sent to you by the service provider. The tourist
travel contract will be concluded by you as customer and the service provider.
The General Terms and Conditions of the corresponding service provider
apply. The General Terms and Conditions of each of the service provider
can be found with the offers. The process of the booked journey as such
is not subject to the contract of e-holidahome.
Limitation of liability
e-holidayhome is not liable for damages resulting from the use of
the provided services, as the services made available only. Regularly,
e-holidayhome carries out an examination of the accuracy of all information
published on this website. However, e-holidayhome does not guarantee
that the information do not contain any mistakes. e-holidayhome reserves
the right to amend, to complete, to cancel parts of the site or the whole
offer or to stop the publication temporarily or completely without prior
announcement.

Final regulation
If one of the regulations should be invalid it does not affect the other
regulations. For this case the one legal regulation should apply that
